Registration and Packet Pick Up
Packets may be picked up at the Redbud Classic Registration Office located in Nichols Hills Plaza, just north of NW 63rd Street, on the west side of Western Avenue. Look for the hot pink “Registration” banner. The office is open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, April 2-3, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., April 4.

SUNDAY APRIL 5, 10:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Runners and walkers may pick up packets at the tent in front of Waterford Complex Building 6301.
Redbud BASH – The FREE post-race party of the Redbud Classic
Don’t miss out on #FunAtTheFinish at the sixth annual Redbud BASH. The official race after party, the Redbud BASH, will be held at the finish area in Nichols Hills Plaza on Sunday, April 5th at 1:00 p.m. There will be a variety of food from some of Oklahoma’s premier food trucks, craft beer from COOP Ale Works, free family-friendly games and activities, as well as entertainment. Whether you are participating in the run, cheering someone on or just want to enjoy a family-friendly outing, this BASH will have something in store for you! We can’t wait to see you at the finish line! #FunAtTheFinish
A portion of the proceeds from the Redbud BASH will benefit our 2020 Redbud Beneficiary, Oklahoma City Police Athletic League.
Free beer for participants 21 and over
Redbud participants over 21 will receive a free beer complimentary of COOP Ale Works at the finish line. Please have your ID and bib tab to receive your beer bracelet! Bracelets may be picked up at the Start line “Volunteer / Info” tent and at the Finish line “Volunteer / Info” tent in Nichols Hills Plaza. Additional beer will be available for purchase!
The Redbud Classic relies on many volunteers! Please click HERE to volunteer for the 2020 Redbud Classic. All volunteers will receive a 2020 Redbud Classic volunteer T-shirt and our virtual goody bag.
Individual results will be emailed to each registrant. Complete results will be posted when available at www.redbud.org and at the “Results” tent in Nichols Hills Plaza following the race. Pick up your place medal in Nichols Hills Plaza at the “Results” tent.
Certification, Sanctioning and Timing Tags
The Redbud Classic will use timing tags for our 2020 5k and 10k. Your timing tag is attached to your bib.The Redbud Classic 5k and 10k are USAT&F sanctioned, certified. Runners are eligible for state and national records and rankings. The 2-mile walk is not a sanctioned event.
All participants must wear a bib with a race number. Running off the certified course will result in disqualification. Participants must comply with Nichols Hills City Ordinances. All participants must pay an entry fee. All cyclists must wear helmets. All participants must follow the official pace car. Please note that the Redbud Classic is a non-profit organization, and no refunds are given.
Official lodging for the Redbud Classic is available at the Renaissance Waterford Hotel, located at the start line. You may reserve your room online at the special $129 Redbud rate. You may also reserve your room by calling 888-236-2427 and asking for the “Redbud Classic Room Block.” The cut-off date for making reservations at the $129 rate is March 20, 2020.
Cycling event parking is available at the Waterford Complex. You must enter from Pennsylvania before 7:00 a.m. No traffic will be allowed to enter the Waterford Complex after 7:00 a.m. Parking is also available at Penn Square Mall, located at Pennsylvania and NW Expressway. Penn Square Mall assumes no responsibility for cars parked there. All riders are encouraged to park at the Waterford.
Parking for the Kid’s Fun Run available Nichols Hills Plaza.
Parking for the Woof Walk is located in the lot at 1203 Sherwood Lane. There is no Woof Walk parking in Nichols Hills Plaza.
Parking is available at the Waterford Complex. You must enter the Waterford parking areas from NW 63rd Street before 1:00 p.m. No traffic will be allowed to enter the Waterford Complex after 1:00 p.m. Parking is also available at Penn Square Mall, located at Pennsylvania and NW Expressway, or the Glenbrook Center, NW 63rd & Grand Blvd. Penn Square and Glenbrook Center assume no responsibility for cars parked in those lots. No parking is permitted on race courses or any city streets. Cars parked on the course will be towed. Parking is available for wheelchair participants in the BancFirst parking lot.
Sunday Shuttle Service
Shuttles will take Redbud Classic participants and spectators from Nichols Hills Plaza and Chesapeake Energy parking garage to the start line from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm on Sunday. YOU MUST BE IN LINE BY 1:00 TO SECURE A SPOT ON THE LAST SHUTTLE TO THE START LINE! The Nichols Hills Plaza shuttle stop is just west of Western, on the north side of NW 63rd. The Chesapeake parking garage shuttle stop is located next to the main Chesapeake parking garage off Western Ave. Look for the “Redbud Parking” banner. Due to limited storage space, ONLY COLLAPSIBLE strollers can be accommodated on buses.
Shuttles will provide service from the finish line to the Waterford beginning at 2 pm. YOU MUST BE IN LINE BY 4:00 TO SECURE A SPOT ON THE LAST SHUTTLE RETURNING TO THE START LINE!
If you placed first, second or third in your age category, please pick up your place medal at the “Volunteer / Info” tent at the finish line in Nichols Hills Plaza. Final results will be confirmed by April 10.
Water and Medical Stations
Water stations are available throughout the course, the start line and the finish line. Remember, heat kills and water saves! Please drink plenty of water before, during and after the race. A medical station is located next to the finish line in Nichols Plaza, and medical personnel are placed throughout the bike event courses on Saturday. Medical stations are supervised by SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital personnel and the Nichols Hills Fire Department.
