We’re thrilled that you’re considering becoming a vendor for our 2027 event. Your support makes a meaningful difference and helps us continue our impactful work. To get started, review our 2027 Sponsorship Proposal. Inside, you’ll find detailed information on:

  • The positive impact your sponsorship will have
  • Who benefits from your generosity
  • The various bendor levels available (Page 7)
  • The benefits your company will receive as a participant

Once you’re ready, simply complete the form on this page (in step 2), and we’ll promptly send an e-invoice via email. You’ll have the option to pay securely online (with a processing fee) or mail in a check. It’s that simple!

Step One

Acquire a Certificate of Insurance

All vendors must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the event listing the Redbud and 11 North Partners as additional insured on two separate COI’s. This standard requirement ensures proper coverage for all vendors on-site. See the example COI below.
